Priced around your school, not a generic tier.

We are not going to put a number on this page that turns out to be wrong for your school. A package depends on four things — tell us where you sit on each and we will quote properly.

What shapes a package

Four things decide the number.

Nothing here is a surprise at the end of a sales process. These are the questions we ask on the first call.

  • School sizeStudent count is the main driver. A single-section school and a three-stream senior school need different configurations.
  • Number of schoolsGroups running several schools under one management need multi-school setup, isolation and consolidated visibility.
  • Module configurationSome schools start with admissions, students and fees and add transport, HR or communication later.
  • Implementation requirementsMigrating existing records, mapping an unusual fee structure or training a larger team all shape the engagement.

What a package covers

Implementation is part of it, not an extra line at the end.

Getting a school live is the work that actually determines whether an ERP succeeds. It is quoted with the platform rather than bolted on afterwards.

  • All modules your school configures — admissions through reports
  • Role-based access for every staff member who needs it
  • Implementation across the five onboarding steps
  • Migration of your existing student and staff records
  • Training for the teams who will use the system daily
  • Support through your first collection cycle

Why there is no price list here. Published tiers only work when every school buys the same thing. Schools do not — a 400-student school adding transport later and a three-school group migrating ten years of records are different engagements. We would rather quote once, accurately.

We target 4 to 7 days from signed agreement to go-live. The work is school setup, master data, users and roles, and data readiness. Schools that have their existing records in reasonable order move fastest, and we tell you what we need up front so nothing waits on a surprise.
